Chicken Wings

  • 4 cups oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2-5 tablespoons tobasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
    • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
1. Remove tips from chicken wings. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Fry wings 1/2 at a time until golden. Drain well.
3. Melt butter in pan. Add hot sauce (to taste) and vinegar. Toss chicken in butter sauce.
4. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
5. Blue cheese dressing: Mix and chill one hour.
