- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- garlic salt , to taste
- 1 package chipped beef, cut up
|Mix cream cheese, butter and garlic salt. Spray wax paper with Pam. Divide mixture into 2 or 3 portions and roll in wax paper. Put into freezer for about an hour. Roll in cut up dried beef and put back in wax paper. These freeze very well for later use.
