Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Frosting
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. Cream together the flour, butter and powdered sugar.

2. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

3. Beat well: eggs, lemon juice, flour, and baking powder.

4. Spread over crust and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Notes:

There was no indication of pan size, so I assumed 9×13.
