Lemon Bars

Yield: 24 bars

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp baking powder
3 tablespoons flour
2 lemons, grated rind and juice

Directions:

1. Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter. Pat into 9×13 ungreased pan.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until light brown.

3. Mix sugar, eggs, baking powder, eggs, flour, lemon juice and rinds.

4. Pour over crust.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. Let set 20 minutes before cutting.
