• ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Tang
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut
1. Cream butter with sugar and Tang.
2. Add egg and water and beat until smooth.
3. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Stir in coconut.
5. Spread into greased 8″x8″ pan.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
7. Cool in pan.
8. Cut.
