Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
1/2 cup nuts
Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions:

1. Beat brown sugar and oil well.

2. Add next 8 ingredients in order given.

3. Stir nuts in with a spoon.

4. Sprinkle sugar, butter and cinnamon on top before baking.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
