Ingredients:

2 cups potato water
3 teaspoons salt
2 cups milk
1/2 cup shortening, melted
3 packages yeast
9 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

1. Soften yeast in 1 cup of lukewarm potato water.

2. Add rest of potato water, milk, shortening and 4 3/4 cup flour.

3. Add flour gradually.

4. Do not warm anything except 1 cup of potato water and shortening.

5. Put in refrigerator overnight.

6. Shape into buns in morning.

7. Let rise until double in bulk.

8. Bake at 400 degrees.
