Yield: 1 loaf

Ingredients:

2 1/2-3 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
2 tsp dill seed
1 egg
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 package dry yeast
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:

1. Heat cottage cheese, water and butter.

2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, onion soup mix, salt, dill seed, baking soda and yeast.

3. Add egg and first mixture to flour mixture.

4. Beat three minutes at medium speed.

5. Stir in remaining flour by hand.

6. Let rise until double.

7. Punch down and turn into well greased 2 quart casserole.

8. Let rise again until double.

9. Bake and remove from casserole immediately.
