2 packages yeast
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup shortening
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup warm water, to dissove yeast
2 tsp salt


1. Pour boiling water over sugar and shortening.

2. Cool to lukewarm before adding yeast.

3. Add flour to make a soft dough.

4. Let rise once and punch down.

5. Bake as many as needed.

6. Put remaining dough in refrigerator.

7. Well keep 8 to 10 days.

8. Punch down about once a day.
