Ingredients:

3 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 packages active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups cream style cottage cheese
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 tsp salt
2 eggs

Directions:

1. In a small mixer bowl combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast.

2. In a small saucepan, heat cheese, water, sugar, butter and salt just until warm (120 to 130 degrees) stirring constantly.

3. Add to flour mixture.

4. Add eggs.

5. Beat with electric mixer on low speed.

6. Beat 30 seconds, scraping bowl.

7. Beat on high 3 minutes.

8. With a spoon stir in as much flour as possible.

9. Knead 8-10 minutes.

10. Place in bowl and let rise 45 minutes.

11. Punch down.

12. Cover and let rest 15 minutes.

13. Shape dough as desired.

14. Let rise until doubled.

15. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Notes:

I assume these are baked in a greased 9×13" pan.
