1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup fresh sweet cherries, pitted and quartered
1/4 cup honey
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1. Place flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Add cherries and toss gently until coated with flour.
3. In separate bowl, beat honey, egg, milk and oil until blended. Pour into flour mixture and stir just until blended, about 35 minutes. Place in greased muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
