Yield: Serves 15

Ingredients:

1 3 oz. package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
1 18 1/2 oz. lemon cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Icing
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

1. Dissolve lemon jello and water in large bowl and cool.

2. Add lemon cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice.

3. Beat together.

4. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
