Ingredients:

1 16 oz container red candied cherries
1 8 oz container diced lemon peel
1 8 oz container diced orange peel
1 8 oz container candied pineapple
2 cups golden raisins
1 10 oz container pitted dates
1 cup walnuts
3 3/4 cups flour
1 cup butter
6 eggs
1 cup cream sherry
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 whole angelica
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Reserve 15 candied cherries for garnish.

2. Mix first nine ingredients (through flour).

3. Beat together butter, eggs, cream sherry, baking powder, salt, angelica, lemon juice and powdered sugar.

4. Line 10" tube pan with foil. Bake at 300 degrees.
