  • 1 package white or yellow cake mix
  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut-up
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream

1.

Prepare cake according to package directions.

Pour into a greased and floured 9×13 inch cake pan.

Arrange rhubarb evenly on top of batter.

4.

Sprinkle sugar on top.

5.

Pour cream evenly over entire cake mixture; bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until done.

6.

Serve warm, with or without whipped cream.

7.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.

8.

(As cake bakes, a delicious custard forms on the bottom.)
